Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Dereiçi is a neighbourhood of the Bozkır district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 14 km southeast of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Gedret/Gederet (1801); the present name Dereiçi became established later.

Yerleşimin adı, 1801 yılı kayıtlarında Gederet olarak geçmektedir. Daha önceleri Hadim ilçesine bağlıyken, 18 Mart 1946'da Bozkır ilçesine bağlandı.
