Kayapınar is a neighbourhood of the Bozkır district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 8 km southwest of the district centre.
The name Kayapınar is of Turkish origin.

Köyün tarihi kesin olarak bilinmemektedir. Yaşam tarzı, konuşma dili, örf ve adetleri Anadolu'ya göç eden Türkmen boylarına benzemektedir. Yapı itibarıyla yapım tarihi bilinen en eski yapı 1874'te yapılan köy camisidir. Kayapınar ismi köyün güneyinde bulunan yüksek kayaların dibinden çıkan Kayapınar isimli pınardan gelmektedir.
