Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Fethiye is a neighbourhood of the Çumra district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 6 km north of the district centre.
The name Fethiye is of Turkish origin. Records associate the settlement with Tatar or Nogai communities.
Historic sites recorded nearby include Dedeli Höyüğü (~4 km).

1400'lü yıllarda Orta Asya'dan Rus hakimiyetini kabul etmek istemeyen Tatarlar Kırım'a yerleşir. 400 sene Kırım'ı han olarak yöneten halk Rus yönetiminin oyunları ile hanlıktan indirilir ve halkın bir kısmı Romanya'ya göç etmek zorunda kalır. Daha sonra 1876-77 Osmanlı Devletinin yaptığı program çerçevesinde şu anki Kaşınhanı Belediyesinin olduğu yer gösterilerek devlet tarafından kendilerine ayrıldığı ifade edilir.
