Güneybağ is a neighbourhood of the Güneysınır district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 2 km east of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Almasun/Elmasun (1522); the present name Güneybağ became established later. The name Almasun/Elmasun is of Anatolian languages origin.
Historic sites recorded nearby include Kodylessos (~2 km), Karasınır Höyüğü (~3 km), Gürağaç Höyüğü (~5 km).
