Kaplanlı Köyü, Hadim merkez ilçeye bağlı köylerden birisidir. Hadim platosu ile Aladağ vadisi arasında yer alır. Hadim'e olan uzaklığı 11 km. Konya'ya olan uzaklığı 117 km. Alanya'ya kuş uçuşu 81 km.'dir. Toprak Yapısı: Bağlı bulunduğu Hadim ilçesinde ve çevre köylerde olduğu gibi kırmızı Akdeniz ve kahverengi Akdeniz toprakları bulunmaktadır. Bu topraklar % 30- %50 eğime sahip litozoyik topraklardır.
