Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
İlmen is a neighbourhood of the Hüyük district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 5 km northwest of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as İlimeni/İlimen (1584) (1912); the present name İlmen became established later.

İlmen, Konya'nın Hüyük İlçesine bağlı ve ilçeye 5 km uzaklıkta bulunan mahalle. İlmen, Men yörüklerinin yerleştiği Men'in Devleti, Men'in ili anlamına gelir.Yaklaşık 600 nüfuslu mahallede barit madeni bulunmaktadır. Mahallede koyun, inek ve sığır yetiştiriciliği yaygın olarak yapılmaktadır. Mahallede çilek ve kiraz tarımı yapılarak ABD ve İngiltere başta olmak üzere yurt dışına ihraç edilmektedir.
