Kızılkuyu is a neighbourhood of the Kadınhanı district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 7 km northeast of the district centre.
The name Kızılkuyu is of Turkish origin.

1800'lü yıllarda kurulduğu sanılmaktadır. Kızılkuyu, adını köyde fazlaca olan kuyulardan ve bu kuyuların toprağının kızıl renkli olmasından almıştır. İlçenin kuzeydoğusundadır. Köyde tarım ve hayvancılık başlıca geçim kaynaklarıdır. Köyde kanalizasyon, sağlık ocağı bulunmamakta, eğitim taşımalı olarak yapılmaktadır.
