Kaşınhanı mevkiinde 26 Aralık 1941'de Akşehir'den naklen iskan edilen muhacirler için aynı adla bağımsız bir köy kuruldu.2012 yılındaki yasa değişikliğinden sonra ise mahalle oldu.
