Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Kızılcakuyu is a neighbourhood of the Selçuklu district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 40 km northeast of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Muradkuyusu (1926); the present name Kızılcakuyu became established later. The name Muradkuyusu is of Turkish origin.
Historic sites recorded nearby include Akbaş Hanı (~4 km).

Yerleşimin adı, 1926 yılı kayıtlarında Muradkuyusu olarak geçmektedir. Daha önceleri Eğribayat köyüne bağlı Kızılcakuyu yaylası iken, 13 Ağustos 1951'de köy statüsü kazandı.
