📖 The Story

The lake into which the Hodja famously stirred yoghurt culture — "what if it takes!" — spreads like a wide, shallow mirror at the foot of the Sultan Mountains. Its shallow shores host migrating birds from flamingos to ruddy shelducks; at sunset the water turns crimson under the mountains' shadow.
