Küçüköz is a neighbourhood of the Ahırlı district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 11 km north of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Küçüköz or Özler (1926); the present name Küçüköz became established later. The name Küçüköz|Özler is of Turkish origin.
Historic sites recorded nearby include Aliçerçi Köyü Çeşmesi (~4 km), Yalıhüyük Höyük (~4 km).
