📖 Its Story
Fasıllar is a neighbourhood of the Beyşehir district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 16 km east of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Fazıllar (1926), By. Göçü (1530); the present name Fasıllar became established later. The name Fazıllar is of Turkish origin, meaning "alimler".
Historic sites recorded nearby include Fasıllar Anıtı (~1 km), Lukuyanus Anıtı (~1 km), Memiş Efendi Türbesi (~5 km).
