Karabağ is a neighbourhood of the Cihanbeyli district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 21 km southwest of the district centre.

Belde teşkilatı, 2012 yılında Büyükşehir Belediye Kanununda yapılan değişiklikle kapatılmıştır. Belde halkının kökeni Orta Asya'da Hazar denizinin batısında şimdiki Büyük Karabağ Dağlık Karabağ'dan gelmektedir. Türkmenler burada oymaklar halinde yaşamakta iken, çıkan bir hadise sonucunda oymak beyi öldürür. Oymak Beyi'nin ölümüne üzülen halk yas için başlarına kara bez bağ bağlarlar.
