Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Yeniceoba is a neighbourhood of the Cihanbeyli district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 22 km northwest of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Încov (2020), İnevi (1902); the present name Yeniceoba became established later. The name Încov is of Turkish origin. It was earlier home to Sunni Kurdish communities; Kurdish (Hanafi Sunni) families settled here later.
