Uzunkuyu is a neighbourhood of the Çumra district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 31 km east of the district centre.

The name Uzunkuyu is of Turkish origin. Turkmen families settled here in a later period.

Daha önceleri Karapınar ilçesine bağlıyken, 5 Temmuz 1943'te Çumra ilçesine bağlandı. Konya il merkezine 78 km, Çumra ilçe merkezine 43 km, Karaman iline ise 50 km uzaklıktadır.
