📖 Its Story
Çiftepınar is a neighbourhood of the Hadim district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 21 km east of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Çakallar (1928); the present name Çiftepınar became established later. The name Çakallar is of Turkish origin, meaning "the name of an Oghuz tribe".
