Burunsuz is a neighbourhood of the Hüyük district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 6 km southeast of the district centre.
The name Burunsuz is of Turkish origin.

Konya’nın Hüyük ilçesine bağlı olan Burunsuz Köyü, Beyşehir Gölü’ne yakın bir konumda bulunmakla birlikte, doğrudan göle kıyısı olmayan bir yerleşim yeridir. Bölge, tarih boyunca Hitit, Roma ve Selçuklu gibi çeşitli medeniyetlerin etkisi altında kalmış olup, Anadolu’nun Türk yurdu haline gelmesiyle Türkmen topluluklarının yerleşimine sahne olmuştur.
