Gökhüyük is a neighbourhood of the Seydişehir district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 11 km east of the district centre.

Historic sites recorded nearby include Bağra Höyük (~2 km), Gökhöyük Bağları Höyük (~3 km), Kesecik Höyük (~4 km).

Buradaki arkeolojik kazılarda ortaya çıkan yerleşim birimi, M.Ö. 5000 ile 7000 yılları arasına tarihlendirilmiştir. Gökhüyük arkeolojik alanında 4 arkeolojik tabaka saptanmıştır: Klasik, Cilali Taş (Neolitik), Bakır Çağ, Demir Çağ, Yakın Çağ. Kazılarda ortaya çıkarılan buluntular, Konya Müzesinde sergilenmektedir.
