Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Beşışıklı is a neighbourhood of the Yunak district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 43 km east of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Beşeşekli (1926); the present name Beşışıklı became established later. The name Beşeşekli is of Turkish origin. It was earlier home to Sunni Kurdish communities; Kurdish (Hanafi Sunni) families settled here later.
