Karayayla is a neighbourhood of the Yunak district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 20 km northeast of the district centre.
The name Karayayla is of Turkish origin. It was earlier home to Sunni Kurdish communities; Kurdish (Hanafi Sunni) families settled here later.
