Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Yeşilyayla is a neighbourhood of the Yunak district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 7 km west of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Ağzıaçık yk. (1928); the present name Yeşilyayla became established later. The name Ağzıaçık yk. is of Turkish origin. Sunni Kurdish families settled here in a later period.
