Karatay Thermal Holiday Village occupies a 110,000 m² site in İsmil, in Karatay district, on the Konya–Adana road. It began receiving guests on 8 August 2020 and was officially opened on 10 October 2020. Seven blocks hold 112 rooms in one- and two-bedroom layouts, with a capacity of 280 beds. The grounds include pools, a sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, fitness centre, massage room, restaurant, shop, cafés, a mosque, football, volleyball and basketball courts, walking paths and two meeting halls seating 500 and 100. The complex is operated by Karatay Municipality.
