📖 The Story

Built by Sultan Alâeddin Keykubad I on the lakeshore, Kubad Abad is the only palace complex to survive from the Anatolian Seljuks. Star- and cross-shaped figural tiles unearthed here reveal the richness of palace life. It sits in a calm, lake-view setting at the foot of the Anamas Mountains.
