📖 The Story

Built in the 16th century by Lala Mustafa Pasha and attributed to the architect Sinan, the caravanserai is Ilgın's foremost historic building. Its ashlar façade and monumental entrance make it a fine example of Ottoman way-station complexes. It is visited together with the nearby historic bath and thermal springs.
