Akkise is a neighbourhood of the Ahırlı district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 21 km north of the district centre.

Köy sınırları içerisindeki tepelik alanda Suğla Gölüne bakan yamaçta Yahyalı Höyük bulunmaktadır. Yapılan yüzey araştırmalarından höyükte yerleşimin Tarih öncesi döneme uzandığı değerlendirilmektedir. Helenistik ve Roma dönemlerinde antik ulaşım yolu üzerinde bulunan yerleşim, Sedaseis (Sedasa) olarak adlandırılmıştır.
