Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
İshakuşağı is a neighbourhood of the Çeltik district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 20 km southeast of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Sagan (2020); the present name İshakuşağı became established later. The name Sagan is of Kurdish origin, meaning "İshaklar". It was earlier home to Sunni Kurdish communities; Kurdish (Hanafi Sunni) families settled here later.
