Büyükburnak is a neighbourhood of the Karatay district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 68 km east of the district centre.

In older records the settlement appears as Kç. + By. Burnak (1926); the present name Büyükburnak became established later. The name Kç. + By. Burnak is of Turkish origin.

Daha önceleri Akörenkışla köyüne bağlı bir yayla iken, 16 Ağustos 1957'de yine aynı köye bağlı Sinnelik, Şirinler, Göktuzla ve Küçükburnak yaylaları ile birleşerek köy statüsü kazandı.
