Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Güzelyayla is a neighbourhood of the Kulu district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 39 km west of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Yayla Kutê (1997), Kerpiçyaylası (Hasanağayaylası) (1950); the present name Güzelyayla became established later. The name Yayla Kutê is of Kurdish origin. It was earlier home to Sunni Kurdish communities; Kurdish (Hanafi Sunni) families settled here later.

Daha önceleri Kerpiç köyüne bağlı Hasanağa yaylası iken, 11 Ağustos 1950'de köy statüsü kazandı. Daha önceleri Ankara'nın Haymana ilçesine bağlıyken, 20 Ekim 1988'de Konya'nın Kulu ilçesine bağlandı.
