Konya'yı 📖 Its Story
Köklüce is a neighbourhood of the Tuzlukçu district of Konya, Türkiye. It lies about 15 km southeast of the district centre.
In older records the settlement appears as Kaha (1923), Mamuretülhamid (1906-1920); the present name Köklüce became established later. The name Mamuretülhamid is of Turkish origin, meaning "Abdülhamit kasabası". Records associate the settlement with Tatar or Nogai communities.
