📖 The Story
Fırın kebabı is a Konya classic: salted lamb slow-cooked for hours in a stone oven in its own fat. Meram's traditional restaurants set among vineyards are the most prized addresses for it. It is eaten with pide and onions, a squeeze of lemon on top.
