Şerafeddin Mosque

📖 The Story

First founded in Seljuk times, the mosque was largely rebuilt under the Ottomans. With its broad dome and graceful mihrab it is among the busiest houses of worship downtown. It takes its name from the 13th-century saint Sheikh Şerafeddin.
