📖 The Story
Dating to the 12th-13th century, the İplikçi Mosque is among the city's oldest Seljuk mosques. Its plain brick architecture and multi-pier plan reflect the early Anatolian mosque tradition. Rūmī is said to have preached and taught here for a time.
